The Essential Disneyland Packing List
This is the question that I get asked all the time… what should I actually bring with me into the park? Now I should warn you, I’m a minimalist and love keeping things simple and easy. And to keep this the most magical experience ever for you, you should embrace this mentality also so you aren’t shlepping around a thousand things you won’t even use. So here we go… the Disneyland Packing List. Plus make sure to check out my Amazon Affiliate store for all your one stop shop items that are listed below.
Essentials

Extra change of clothes
Baby Noise Canceling Headphones (some rides, shows and Fireworks can be super loud)
Bottle

+ Big Kid Items
Autograph Book
Autograph pen AND back up pen

(Double check the weather 3-5 days before you leave. If rain is in the forecast, snag these items on Amazon)
Compact rain ponchos (adult and child size)
So now on to the items I would skip…
Skip bringing snacks. Yes, I would SKIP bringing snacks. For your first Disneyland experience, I want it to be as magical as possible and that means enjoying every single part that Disney has to offer.. including the FOOD! So even if it means you need to save a bit longer so you don’t have to worry about packing your own food, trust me, it will be worth it.
Skip bringing too many baby supplies. Not only will it lighten the load by scaling down, but Disneyland has two amazing Baby Care Centers that anyone coming to the park with a baby should take advantage of! Click here to read what they offer.
That’s it! Easy and simple. If you’ve gone to Disney before, what are the items you absolutely bring with you no matter what?
*Stroller advice: Rent a Disney stroller or bring your own? Bring your own stroller. The GOOD ONE that you and the kids love. The one that’s the most comfy for your kiddo and has the most storage underneath. Trust me, totally worth it. Disneyland rental strollers are hard, plastic and no storage.
